I am Shari Smith, Reiki Master, Astrologer and Mindfulness Life Coach I was first introduced to Reiki in 1991 when a friend gave me a quick Reiki treatment for a sudden severe migraine at a family gathering. The results were amazing. Years later, when going through a time of grief and depression, Reiki found me again. Totally amazed by the power of Reiki, I knew this was something I wanted AND needed to learn, but there was no one locally who offered Reiki and it was during our Covid lockdown. I found a Reiki Master Teacher who offered a comprehensive online class and mentorship program. She introduced me to Distant Reiki healing. I admit I was somewhat skeptical about distance Reiki, but was amazed by the results. Distance Reiki has been a game changer in my own healing journey. Reiki promotes relaxation and is beneficial in reducing physical and emotional pain, and reducing stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
I offer Distance Reiki Healing to both people and pets. Distance Reiki is a form of energy healing this is not limited by time of space and is helpful in clearing, aligning and balancing the energy centers in your body, even when you are not physically present with the practitioner.
